Payroll & Benefits Manager £55k to £65k + Benefits - Central London A leading Asset Management firm based in Central London are currently looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to take sole responsibility of their Payroll & Benefits and work alongside the Head of HR. This is a permanent position and the role of the Payroll & Benefits Manager is as follows: To be the subject matter expert for all payroll, benefits and pensions questions and queriesProvide monthly reports to HR & FinanceBe responsible for all benefits management and work alongside the Head of HRBe responsible for Stock/Share SchemesBe responsible for a UK Payroll: Start to finish (small volume but high value)Be responsible for the Year End processMaintain starters and leavers recordsManagement communications for employees regarding payroll, benefits and pension queriesPayroll Accounting: Journals, reconciliations and the GLManage Auto-enrolment processWork closely with the Head of HR on various projects: System implementation, streamlining payroll procedures and GDPR ProgramBe responsible for P11D's and PSA's Requirements:Strong payroll & benefits knowledge and skill setGood knowledge of pensionsIdeally come from an FS/PS backgroundStrong ExcelStrong communication skill set internal/externalBe a Business PartnerHas worked closely with HRPrides themselves on Attention to detail and low error rate
