Your new company
This global health tech company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Technology Recruiter on a permanent basis. Based in London, with fantastic modern offices you will be responsible for scaling the business within the engineering and product remit. Flexibility to work from home and have complete ownership within the Recruitment team. Headquartered in London with offices in US & China.
Your new role
Working in a team of 3 you will be responsible for the growth within the Technology function of the business driving both the tech and product team to recruit world class talent.
- Main focus in Software engineers, Developers, Data Science and product design.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the business need for new positions.
- Source candidates directly
- Full candidate management ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
- Work with the wider team on projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a start up fast paced environment
- The ability to adapt and change your angle of recruiting in relation to business direction
- In depth Technology experience with a focus in software engineers and data science
- Strong track record of engaging the top talent in technology
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with effective communication skills
