A Tier 1 Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Compensation professional to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Associate Director of Comp Regs, the Senior Comp Consultant will be the subject matter expert in current UK remuneration regulations. Other responsibilities will include:

Acting as the key point of contact for Senior Management, MRTs, HR and other stakeholders on regulatory matters

Manage Code MRT identification processes

Plan and execute all regulatory reporting requirements within relevant deadlines (EBA reporting, Pillar 3 reporting, RPS Tables, etc.)

Manage the Code MRT year end compensation cycle

Key requirements:

In-depth knowledge of UK remuneration regulations

Previous experience preparing RemCo papers/reports

Strong analytical skills and numeracy, with high levels of accuracy under pressure

Strong planning, time management and execution skills to meet tight deadlines

Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
