My client a large international organisation is currently seeking a change lead to join their organisation on a day rate basis. The role will manage multiple international stakeholders both internal and external during this period of change. You should have significant experience leading change and be able to work in an ambiguous environment.

Design and manage a change, communications & people strategy and plan resulting from the Business Transformation.

Coordinates change interventions at programme, workstream and business unit level, e.g., process education, documenting new processes and policies which underpin & support the transformation.

Responsible for managing the people, process and technology changes.

Conducts Change Impact Assessments to understand the size and scale of the changes at programme, workstream and business unit level.

Monitors and tracks business readiness to adopt the changes, e.g., change readiness assessments.

Runs the Culture Champions network to equip the team to support the changes in their business area.

Work with wider project group, HR & external stakeholders across activities.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, problem solving and team building skills.

Ability & flexibility to work within an international environment which at times is ambiguous and fast moving.
