An award-winning York business are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner. Due to a restructure, the client has created a new opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who wants their next step up. Working alongside a talented and ambitious HR Director, this role requires someone who is driven, trustworthy, solutions orientated and able to influence people and build relationships.
You will be required to provide daily HR guidance and work closely with middle management teams to support their aims of the business. Responsibilities will include resolving ER issues, analyse trends, developing policies and procedures and focussing on talent and attrition. You will play a key part in the HR team to ensure the HR strategy fits into the organisation's overall business needs.
Good communication skills are essential.
