HR Operations Specialist
Do you want to be the Centre of Expertise for Systems? This York based company, with a portfolio of award-winning clients is looking to recruit a HR Operations Specialist to be a part of a newly established HR team. This role is based at their head office, the hub for the consultancy business.
You will be required to produce internal and external reports, work closely with the Recruitment and L&D teams, play a hands on part across all levels of the business and be responsible for GDPR adherence and equal pay. You will need to act as the ‘information guru’ for the HR and wider management teams. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will have team responsibility and you will be required to oversee the payroll and take ownership for benefits and reward.
