I am recruiting for a Technology Recruiter on a 12-month maternity cover within an emerging Lending Company based in the City of London. The role requires the successful candidate to recruit a variety of technology roles such as Software Engineers, Reliability Engineering and IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to understand and help deliver their hiring plans.

Proactively discover and attract top technology talent through headhunting, networking, brand attraction and PSL management.

Provide a thorough and personal candidate experience.

Build strong relationships with the hiring managers across the business to define present and future recruitment requirements as needed by the business.

Utilize a variety of recruitment channels to find the right talent, with a focus on quality, efficiency and cost.
