The HR Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with planning, designing and implementing key HR projects covering multiple business units across the UK.

As HR Project Manager you will:

  • Co-ordinate the development and delivery of projects, activities and events required to deliver the overall programme target
  • Responsible for day to day project management, driving continuous improvement
  • Benchmarking HR data against industry and best practice standards
  • Collate and analyse cost data on current and future state
  • Create insights from data, using trend and metric information to define issues
  • Continuously identify and drive implementation of project improvements
  • Partner with key stakeholders and HR team to implement appropriate strategies, plans and interventions to develop project plan
  • Communicate with key stakeholders at all stages of the project plan
  • Organise and support meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare project communication strategy and materials


You will have:

  • Previous project management experience
  • Previous HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret data and produce reports
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to identify issues and escalate as appropriate
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organisation
  • Strong writing, editing and presenting skills
  • Strong IT skills, to include Excel
