This is a really exciting opportunity for a HR professional/generalist or a strong HR Advisor looking for a career step up to manage a site and grow their career with a growing company. You will be working with other HR Business Partners to drive best practice in the site and for the company overall. Candidates will ideally have managed a HR function autonomously or within a team.

My client are a manufacturing business near Bexhill, East Sussex.

Description

• Managing the employee life cycle such as grievances, disciplinaries, capability matters, occupational health and performance matters etc.
• Overseeing and contributing to the recruitment strategy through a centralised function
• Developing talent where required through succession planning
• Working with senior members of the HR function to drive the business from a commercial and HR perspective

Profile

• You will have a CIPD qualification or relevant experience
• You will have worked in a senior HR position previously
• You will have previous experience in manufacturing or similar
• You will be a HR generalist
• You will have previously worked in a standalone position

This role may not have previous man management involved in the remit so previous experience of this is not essential.

Candidates available immediately or with shorter notice periods will be ideal.
