Page Personnel are working with a leading manufacturing firm in Goole who are actively seeking a HR Assistant to join their HR function on a 12 month FTC.

Successful candidates will have experience operating in a fast-pace HR environment and have a strong HR systems ability with a key attention to detail.

Page Personnel are working with a leading manufacturing firm in Goole who are actively seeking a HR Assistant to join their HR function on a 12 month FTC.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied HR Assistant role based in Goole, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Provide accurate administrative support across all HR processes to the HR function in a confident and sensitive manner
  • Preparing management information reports and continually updating organisational charts
  • Provide basic HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
  • Prepare and complete new starter administration accurately, including offer packs and employment contracts
  • Monitor and maintain the HR metrics, escalating any issues to the HR Manager
