HR Management Information Officer

Job Title: HR Management Information Officer
Salary: Circa £28K DOE
Contract: 10 -12 weeks Contract


Ashley Kate are delighted to be working in partnership with a caring and compassionate organisation on their search for an Interim HR MI Officer.

This role is URGENT - we need someone who can come in and hit the ground running.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for HR and Analysis. Reporting into the Head of HR you will be part of a close knit HR Team, although you are the MI Officer you won't be alone in the role - you will work closely alongside the HR Transactional team, so we need someone who is a team player and personable.

You will need to have relevant experience of developing and implementing various workforce systems, project management, providing a full range of HR Metrics as well as having previous line manager experience.

You will take ownership of the following:

·Developing and managing HR systems
·Providing data on a range of HR Metrics, including: attendance, turn-over, performance, training compliance, ER, salary, equality and diversity...
·Leading on the development of integrated HR IT systems
·Liaising with key stakeholders within: Finance, HR, Audit and Directorates
·Produce appropriate, timely and accurate MI to support the development of the wide business strategy
