HR Analyst

Job Title: HR Analyst
Salary: £25 - £30K DOE
Contract: 2-4 weeks


Ashley Kate are working in partnership with a high profile business who have a rare and exciting short term, project opportunity for an experienced HR Analyst.

This role is URGENT - we need someone who can come in and hit the ground running.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for HR and Analysis. You will need to have strong knowledge and practical use of Excel and collating HR data.

It's an exciting time to join our client as they are implementing a number of new processes and systems.

You will need to have relevant experience of providing a full range of HR Metrics.

You will take ownership of the following:

·Managing HR systems
·Providing data on a range of HR Metrics
·Leading on the development of integrated HR IT systems
·Liaising with key stakeholders
·Produce appropriate, timely and accurate MI to support the development of the wide business strategy
