Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting an HR Business Partner for our client, a sector leading global professional services firm. This role will be instrumental in supporting a tech population. Key Responsibilities include: Development of change management strategies, translating into development activities, resource and culture plansSupport the UK HR Lead on the People strategy and related initiatives for the business areasDriving a high performance culture by challenging management teams to appropriately apply a breadth of performance and development principles when making people planning decisions and strategiesActing as an enabler in building organisational capability through leadership/staff review, talent pipelines and compensation reviewsOwnership of all employee relations cases, trade union discussions and other areas where HR expertise is required to minimise riskAct as the employment legal expert and provide timely advice on matters, following-up with managers to make sure their intervention has been successfulEnsure that managers have the tools and access to advice needed; be visibleWork with recruitment & talent colleagues with processes to drive the growth of internal capability, progression of key internal talent and cost-effective recruitment of external talentRun and lead the annual reward process As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:Experience working within Professional or Financial Services and with a tech, analytics or data driven client group would be an advantageExcellent knowledge of employment legislation and strong proven business partnering capabilityCreative problem-solving skills, ability to manage complex change issuesAbility to develop proven HR programs that align to business strategiesCommercial acumen and a pragmatic approachAbility to see big picture and a team player approachExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniorityProven track record in leading and managing change programmesExemplary people management skills
