Oakleaf Partnership have a superb Digital Learning Manager role, working for our client, a leading global professional services business based in the City of London.

The Digital Learning Manager will be responsible for developing professional digital and online content for the curriculum to reach all audiences globally. The key focus is to continually improve content and user experience of the (LMS) Learning Management System to promote higher level use.

Key responsibilities include:

Overall responsibility for the global learning management system (LMS)

Design and source professional e-learning content for the LMS

Work with broader learning team to incorporate e-learning elements into current programmes

Work with international colleagues to ensure the LMS is culturally aligned and reflects differing learning and development needs

As the successful applicant, you will be an experienced Learning & Development professional with demonstrable experience in learning technology. You will have good experience in developing e-learning, instructional design, communication and content promotion.

Competitive salary and benefits on offer the the successful candidate. This is an international role, therefore travel will be required.
