Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb Learning & Development role for our client, a leading innovative global law firm with Australian offices in Sydney and Melbourne. This role can be based in either location.

The key requirements for the role are below:

* Management, design and facilitation of L&D programs;

* Conducting training needs analysis across client groups and implementing appropriate development interventions;

* Management of L&D projects, including stakeholder engagement and influencing;

* Providing coaching as a member of the internal coaching faculty; and provide coaching and support to L&D Advisers and Coordinators (as required).

* Advise on, set and manage budgets for assigned projects and programs

* Discussing individual and team development, working with management to create development plans

Skills, experience and qualifications :

* Experience working in the legal sector

* Experience leading and managing senior leaders through change

* Deep understanding of adult learning principles and their practical application in a professional services setting

* Qualifications and experience in executive level coaching desirable

* Extensive experience in designing and facilitating best practice adult education in a professional services environment

* Experience in working in a global organisation and working across different time zones and cultures

* Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a complex and rapidly changing work environment

* Experience of leading effective culture change programs

* Experience in needs analysis and program design for senior as well as junior audiences
