Currently searching for an Employee Relations Project Specialist for a 12 Month Contract paying up to £50,000 per annum. The main focus of the role is pulling together an EMEA wide policy bank therefore the successful candidate will be no more than 3-5 years into their career with some experience of policies across EMEA. Senior candidates with a strategic background will not be considered for this role.As part of the Employee Relations team, the ER Project Specialist will work collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, Group Functions and Operations to manage and deliver HR projects in support of the EMEA HR Priorities and Business Objectives. Each project may be complex both in terms of geography (EMEA wide) and topic (compliance/legal in nature) requiring working with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and business areas/functions. You will deliver Employee Relations initiatives and provide Employee Relations advice on industrial relations, business change and policy. This role will also ensure the successful delivery of projects ensuring seamless operational implementation against clearly articulated benefits, on time and with risks fully managed.The successful candidate for the role will have strong employee relations, restructuring and TUPE/ARD experience ideally across multiple countries. You will have experience of drafting and updating employment policies and should be Level 5 CIPD or above. Experience of successfully managing multiple/complex projects through the project life-cycle would be an advantage however it is a necessity to have a broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle and a good understanding of employment law, its application and best practice. Experience of coaching employees and managers on employee lifecycle processes would be advantageous as well as experience of delivering to customer service targets within a complex environment. You will have the ability to multi-task and alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities and should have sound judgement to manage conflicting priorities and manage client expectations.
