HR Business Partner
A Financial Services business with offices close to Liverpool Street is looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join their busy and fast paced team. The business themselves have been through quite a period of change and it is an exciting time to join.
The HRBP role will be a mix of BAU as well as projects both large scale and small. Candidates will need to have a broad range of HR skills and experience across stakeholder management, employee relations, talent and succession, MI, reward and comp, projects and also partnering with CoE's e.g. recruitment.
You will support an infrastructure/ops client base of circa 300 employees and provide a proactive, commercially focused HR solutions. Helping to implement the people plan and drive business success through people.
Financial Services experience will be a preference for this role but other corporate, fast paced and demanding environments will also be considered. Strong ER and all round generalist experience is essential. Skills also critical to the success of the role will be stakeholder management experience, OD/change, strong business acumen and a great can do attitude.
