Job Title: Interim HR Manager
Salary: £40,000 + (pro rata)

Hours: Full time interim role for a period of 6 months

Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with our client based in Maidenhead who are looking for a HR Manager to join their business on an interim basis for a period of 6 months.

This role will assist the Senior HR Manager with the day to day UK based casework, recruitment and other generalist HR work.

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager who enjoys working in a generalist role within a great team.

The HR Manager's role will be as follows:

·Provides a first class HR generalist advisory service to all Head Office managers and staff
·Manages and provides guidance to HR Administrators and Advisors - line management
·Manages ER issues and casework, supporting line managers
·Manages employee absenteeism
·Assists line managers with performance management issues
·Oversees employee induction and on-boarding arrangements
·Produces HR statistics and makes recommendations for improvements

About you

You will be an experienced HR Manager who has a strong understanding of the charitable sector.

·CIPD qualified
·Substantial HR case work and employment law practical experience
·Line management
·Solid recruitment experience
·Absence and performance management
·HRIS utilisation
·Identifying and implementing process improvements
·Health and Safety
·Produces HR statistics and makes recommendations for improvements
