This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to develop, in a challenging role in an international organisation. The UK is one of the growing markets for this organisation, with multiple business units and really ambitious growth plans. In the role, you support and be the point of contact for UK HR related matters. This organisation do some fantastic work, and there is some really interesting work that can be done around brand and really growing the proposition in the UK.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

*Support and advise HR Business Partners, Group HR Functions and managers with UK related matters.
*Provide support and advise on framework to international HRBP's on key processes including employee life cycle such as recruitment, employee relations and employment legislation in the UK.
*Support with developing and maintaining local processes, policies and advise to international HR colleagues (for e.g. restructuring programs), ensuring compliance with labour law and consistency for UK.
*Assist with managing local Comp & Ben ensuring a competitive offering as part of employee proposition for UK market such as benefits, pensions, health care, in line with Group guidelines.
*Support a variety of HR Projects- including international mobility and change management and improvement programmes
*Provide input on local market conditions regarding Employer brand
*Together with HR Services, and the HR Operational Manager ensure a continuous development and improvement of transactional processes improving efficiency and delivery quality;

They are looking for someone who will be able to start ideally Mid- June, so up to 1 month's notice will able to be accommodated.
