A People Development Business Partner across the South UK providing support at multiple sites from Cardiff to Kent. Learning and Development passion required, but experience is not necessary due to the support offered by the client.

Description
- Main point of contact to discuss Learning and Development requirements with managers within the business
- Working closely with the People Development team and company across multiple sites
- Analyse, plan and execute support business growth through Personal Development interventions
- Partnering with the business and HR Team to support the upskilling of potential successors and High Performers
Profile
- Analytical and autonomous individual
- Takes progressive action in order to see plans through to completion
- A desire to grow and improve yourself and those around you
- Experience in partnering within a large, multi-site organisation and the awareness of the challenges that this can present
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
