A global FMCG organisation based in Egham looking for HR Administrator to join their growing team and develop their career.

Description

  • Ensuring payroll are provided with accurate and timely information to ensure the correct processing of all employee payrolls

  • Ensuring that all employee data in SAP is accurate and up to date and that regular audits are conducted to ensure compliance with the organisation's standards

  • Raising tickets in line with Shared Service standards to ensure SLAs are met

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improvements and consistency with the HR systems and processes

  • Supporting HR Advisors by providing good quality data and reports

  • Ensuring activities such as communications and employee engagement activity, are delivered to a high standard throughout the business

Profile

  • Data management - Experience in HR process and systems improvements and knowledge of HR Systems - (SAP)

  • Previous HR administration exposure - dealing a variety of administration tasks, ideally in a high volume HR environment

  • Reporting and data analysis - Comfortable with generating good quality data to support business decisions making

  • A service focused approach with excellent customer service orientation

  • Ability to multi-task with a great workload
