Salary between £32k and £42k plus Bonus & benefits

I am looking for an experienced Resourcing Specialist to join a leading private sector business based in the Midlands. You will have experience in direct sourcing, stakeholder engagement, direct sourcing and managing the full recruitment life cycle.

Key responsibilities:

* You will be a leading member of the HR team
* Proactively manage internal candidate pools and provide an amazing candidate experience
* Direct source candidates using a variety of social media platforms including Linked In, Facebook and Twitter
* Sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates
* Working closely with hiring managers to determine current and future resourcing requirements
* Identifying, organising and initiating recruitment advertising activity through relevant media channels to generate prospective employees
* Assisting in the interviewing and selection process, liaising with department managers on paperwork and preparing selected candidates for entry into the business

What skills we are looking for:

* Be in a similar recruitment role
* Experience in stakeholder management
* Ideally come from a professional services background
* Experience of working with recruitment systems to deliver both internal and external experienced and direct hires across a range of business functions
* Experience of implementing a range of attraction and selection methodologies, especially innovative sourcing solutions and competency-based interviewing techniques, across a diverse range of role's
* Experienced in using social media sites to attract high calibre candidates
