This is a fantastic permanent HR Business Partner opportunity which will be based in Edinburgh with travel to Manchester. Our client is seeking a HR professional who can influence key stakeholders and partner to increase business performance and take responsibility for HR operations as well as projects in Edinburgh. Key duties: Provide strategic and operational support to the teams on the entire employee lifecycle to include resourcing and on-boarding, employee development and commercially driven change initiativesWork with the Head of HR to develop the HR function to ensure that the team is meeting the strategic objectives of the firm.Develop and sustain strong business relationships with client groups to become a trusted advisor.Coach and support Managers and Team Leaders in their development of their peopleWork with the wider business to ensure initiatives and solutions have full support ahead of implementation.Propose new ideas that may lead to better strategic decisions.Advising Partners and employees on relevant policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience as a business partner and be flexible to work in both Edinburgh and Manchester.
