Your new company
Working for a large commercial organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, you will be supporting a dedicated business area, as part of a larger recruitment team.

Your new role
You will be supporting the end to end recruitment process, ensuring that the candidate journey is a positive one and the organisation get the right candidates in post at the right time . You will be advertising posts, liaising with hiring managers to shortlist candidates and then coordinating the interview and assessment process. Working in a skill short market, you will also need to be able to make proactive approaches to passive candidates and identify innovative ways of increasing the candidate pipeline.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Adviser or Recruitment Consultant , who has previous experience in coordinating interview and assessment processes. You must be confident managing demanding line managers and able to manage your own workload. This is is an immediate requirement, therefore candidate should be immediately available.
