Talent Advisor - Management Consultancy

A top global Management Consultancy based in Central London are recruiting for a Talent Advisor to join their team. As Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for:

End to end talent process for the Consultant Cohort

Providing HR knowledge and advice during talent meetings and to Career Advisors if they face HR issues

Overseeing process for performance improvement plans as required

Organizing and contributing to Talent meetings

Working with Manager to coordinate the bonus process across the three offices

Responsible for gathering performance related inputs, updating and maintaining the bonus model

Aligning the bonus awards to ensure fairness and calibration

Supporting Talent team in delivering initiatives and projects

Advising/liaising with Career Advisors regarding HR policies, secondment and training

Ensuring all evaluations are completed in a timely manner

Ownership of promotion process

As Talent Advisor, you will possess:

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail

Highly levels of organization

Strong academics ideally to degree level

Strong MS Office use
