HR Advisor - Standalone
I'm currently recruiting for a HR Advisor (Generalist) to join a growing, multi award winning financial services firm based in the West End. Since launching around 10 years ago, the company has doubled in size with two international offices. Due to the growth, we are looking for a HR Advisor (Generalist) to join the company. This is a standalone role in London, liaising with the Head of HR based in South Africa. This role requires someone to come in and be the go to person for a office of 70 with all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle. While running the London office, you would be working closely with the Head of HR to implement systems and work on HR initiatives. To thrive in this role it's essential you have strong attention to detail, enjoy a demanding environment and can tackle competing priorities. It's desirable you come from a financial or professional services background with EMEA and banking knowledge. For this level of responsibility we're looking at around 5years+ experience in a Generalist/Officer/Advisor role.
