A permanent Recruitment Manager role based in the Birmingham Region
Your new role
A Recruitment Manager for a large customer service based organisation in the Birmingham area. The Recruitment Manager will partner with the business to develop recruitment & resourcing recruitment strategies which promote the employer brand and that are designed to attract the best talent into the organisation. The post holder will lead a team of Recruitment Advisors, who are responsible for the resourcing of high volume and specialist vacancies across a multi-sited organisation. The Recruitment Manager will develop the use of direct sourcing, social media presence, talent pools and networking opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an Internal Recruitment Manager with experience of leading recruitment teams, within a fast-paced and commercial environment. Candidates must have strong people management and business partnering expertise. An innovation and can-do approach, together with a commitment to continuous improvement will be vital to success.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience)
