We are delighted to be partnering with a high profile business based in Sheffield who have a diverse and passionate workforce that now requires an influential HR Manager. This is a crucial appointment offering high levels of autonomy working at part of the senior management team and reporting into the CEO in this people focused business with strong morals, values and very clear direction.

This is a fully HR Generalist role requiring a wide range of involvement which will play an active role in supporting the key outputs of the business. We therefore require you to be a commercial HR Manager with a true 'common sense' approach.
You will be expected to make a major impact on the business performance by working closely with key internal stakeholders to truly partner them and facilitate their outputs.

As the successful candidates you will have the following;

  • Previous experience of successfully harmonising a variety of different T&C's and contracts
  • A proven track record of developing a cohesive and approachable HR culture.
  • Strong hands on knowledge and awareness of managing safeguarding issues and a compliant and healthy culture relating to the development of youngsters.
  • A proven track record of success of developing a slick and efficient recruitment process for ensuring business peaks and troughs are managed pro actively and successfully within a highly seasonal industry.



Your approach and style will be key to your success in this role. This is an organisation with a strong family feel and one who take a very balanced approach to HR and people based decisions, and always look to apply discretion as opposed to viewing matters in a very black and white fashion based purely on policy.

Confidence and credibility are also of utmost importance in order to shine in this role along with the ability to coach and develop a HR Assistant who will be working alongside you.
