HR Director6 month assignment£600 - £700/day My client is urgently seeking an experienced HRD from a technology background who is available to interview and start immediately. You will be responsible for a client group of 500 which spans internationally and will have operated at the Director level before.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:* 4 direct reports sat internationally* Provide partnering services to Heads of Functions and the Leadership Team, guide and implement strategies and build strong relationships with stakeholders.* Coach and guide (taking into account best practice, local law, cultural and company policies) in terms of; talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, succession planning; employee relations, engagement and change programs.* Support management in designing new positions in line with job families.* Investigate, resolve and recommend solutions for employee issues* Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation specifically within Europe.* May be required to undertake analysis or reporting.* May be required to deliver training to leaders within field of knowledge.* Develop and enhance communication processes and programs to improve employee morale and champion employee engagement activities. Skills/Experience/KnowledgeEssential: * Must have worked in a technology business and understand ambiguity and fast paced environments.* Proven track record of providing best practice HR Business Partner services with a 500+ client group; strong UK and Europe experience essential.* Experience managing an international team.* Demonstrates a strong background in employee relations and change management; including planning and project management through to effective delivery.* Computer literate, in particular competent with Microsoft office. Comfortable with HRIS* Must be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice.* Experience of working across multi-site organizations and providing remote support.* Prior experience of supporting all levels of management* Demonstrates background in supporting employee engagement initiatives, driving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
