Learning & Development Advisor
Are you an L&D Advisor looking to make your mark in a new role? Working within an HR Team of 6, this is a full generalist, newly created role with responsibility for up to 500 employees.
You remit will include:
Ensuring regulatory training is completed, with support from third party vendors.
Design and develop L&D programmes for ongoing development of work-force and future talent planning.
Improve and update employee induction processes.
Support forward thinking training plans for the Apprentice and Graduate programmes.
Skills gaps analysis to ensure all employees have relevant training, alongside assessment tools to establish the effectiveness of current L&D Strategies and projects.
Ideally you'll be comfortable in push forward learning strategy, working with third party providers and also support hands-on soft skill training. Stakeholder and relationship management skills are essential and A CIPD qualification would be beneficial.
