Recruitment Advisor

I am working with a great company based in Hertfordshire who are looking for a permanent Recruitment Advisor to join them as soon as possible.

The role will be working closely with the Recruitment Manager to assist in providing effective recruitment from start to finish. You need to have previous recruitment experience either gained from an agency environment or in-house. This is a fast paced, high volume role

This role will be supporting a specific operating unit within the company; therefore, you will be working closely with hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of the role and engage with stakeholders to determine deadlines to meet the resource plan.

You need to have experience in full end to end recruitment, experience sourcing candidates through direct methods, job boards, LinkedIn and various databases. You need to be confident in working autonomously and at a high volume.

Please note this role includes a significant amount of travel to London on a weekly basis.
