A permanent Learning and Talent Manager working for a engineering / manufacturing business based near Wolverhampton. The role is a permanent position and it will cover employee engagement, performance management, succession planning. Our client is looking for an individual with experience of embedding performance management and CIPD qualified ( or part qualified )
Our client is looking for a Learning specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the training manager and manage succession planning and development. We want to build capability within the business and communicate with all stakeholders and deliver excellent solutions.
- Duties:
- Support and identify high performing individuals within the business and coach and deliver career progression plans
- Succession and talent planning
- Work closely with the wider HR team as well as senior management and leadership teams
The Learning and Talent Manager will need to show expeirence in delivering training and be a good coach. You will need to have a proven track record for supporting senior individuals as well as proven successul planning.
