I am working with a well-known charity based in South West London who is looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

The role is a great generalist role with a focus on recruitment. You will be looking after and recruiting for the Head Office function.

The role includes but is not limited to:

Being the first point of contact for all HR queries

Speaking with hiring managers and finding out what they are looking for. Posting job adverts, liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews, onboarding process etc.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Administering payroll

General HR duties and projects

You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with lots of on-going change. Ideally you will have a solid HR and/or Recruitment Administration experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This is a great opportunity for an administrator looking to step up within a generalist remit to be part of a growing HR team with a fantastic team culture and exposure.
