Job Details
Recruitment Advisor/Business Partner. Highly regarded Law Firm. Operational and strategic recruitment.
Manage the recruitment operations, lead on consolidating the recruitment processes and partner with stakeholders to deliver a first class recruitment service.
This role will need:
*In-House Recruitment experience
*Experience working in an SME, preferably in the professional services sector
*Ability to manage experienced hire recruitment
*Experience having consolidated or set up robust recruitment processes
*Ability to demonstrate direct hire strategy
