Recently inclusion has been moved from an add-on HR activity discussed by no one, to a business priority owned by and discussed at every Executive meeting and linked to meeting client expectations.

Large complex organisation based in the Oxfordshire area.
Description
* Business-wide strategy for inclusion and diversity developed with C-suite and stakeholders
* Governance framework, including: I&D Steering Group of Executive Directors;
* Community inclusion programmes, including school's engagement programme
* Introduce Diversity Assessment process into bids, project start up and delivery
* Executive owned KPI's for inclusion; corporate headline target: double diversity of top 300 in 5 years
* System put in place for Business Units and Contracts to report progress against Inclusion and Social Impact KPI's
* Established diversity networks, from nothing to membership exceeding 1000
* EDI embedded into mandatory leadership training programme delivered to 1300 managers and leaders
