Our client is looking for a specialist in reward to join the HR function and support on managing flexi benefits, salary reviews and benchmarking. It will require data analysis to create solutions.

Client Details

Our client is a business based in the energy sector and located in the West Midlands, south of Birmingham.

Description

Provide advice to HR team and line managers on reward issues and implement new processes and undertake the project work related to reward schemes

Review external market trends and recommend to remain competitve

Benchmark by collating data and analysing

Support with implementation of pay review and company bonus schemes

Profile

The ideal candidate will have worked in reward previously and have had experience in analysing data, researching and presenting it back to senior members of staff. You will have experience of working in a HR environment and be confident in the delivery of reward projects.

Job Offer

This company is flexible, full of energy and looking to stay super competitive in its market. Paying up to £40,000 and a good bonus opportunity (15%) plus 25 days holiday.
