Learning and Development Manager - National Role

Permanent Position

** You will be travelling across the Midlands, North West and North East UK and Wales **

Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a bright and creative L&D Business Partner to work in a regional capacity across the Midlands, North West and Wales.

As the Learning and Development Business Partner you will be responsible for building capability across the teams and region to deliver the business goals set out by the leadership team. You will work as part of the People team, delivering on the wider People team strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Head of L&D and all key stakeholders to understand and implement the future needs

Own and lead the e-learning platform

Partner with the Regional HR team - work closely with the HR Business Partner and Recruitment team

Review, implement, manage and evaluate induction plans and all materials for all new restaurant level roles.

Design and delivery of training to build team and management capability on a regional and national level. Ensure this training is line with succession planning, working closely with the People Business Partner

Delivery and evaluation of career path programmes across the whole business

Support the apprenticeship programmes at all levels of the business, ensuring the delivery of bespoke training where needed to enhance the apprentices learning

As a Business Partner you will provide specialist training and development for the Midlands and Northern region as well as contributing to a central training plan owned by the L&D team. From design and delivery to administration you will ensure that all L&D interventions have a measurable impact and deliver results that result in great succession plans coming to life.

This is a national based role and you will be covering multiple locations so if you live in central England this will be ideal for this position.
