North West London

10 month FTC

£45,000 - £50,000pa

A leading retail brand, based in North West London are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team.

The ideal HR BP will have 3 - 5 years experience within a People Business Partner role and will be available immediately or at short notice to join initially on a 10 month Fixed Term Contract. The team are creative, proactive and will offer an exciting challenge for the right person.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Coach, train and support senior managers

Be a key point of contact for Business Partners

Advise Managers on all people aspects, including through change and transformation projects

Partner with Managers on ER cases, ensuring a culture of high performance

Support the implementation of a new HR and payroll software

Use people analytics to provide insight-driven solutions

Partner with the Talent team to ensure business partners align with company processes

Provide solutions to people issues

Act as the face of the People Team

Support the development of the reward strategy

Skills required;

3 - 5 years experience as a HR Business Partner

Proven experience in process and systems

Project management experience

Strong communicator and able to work with senior stakeholders

Good influencing skills

Strong analytical skills used to influence business decisions

Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment practices

A genuinely positive attitude and way of working
