An interim HR Business Partner role for a large Public Sector organisation based in Devon.
Your new company
A large Government organisation based in Devon are looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join their HR team . You will provide HR & OD advice to Managers and develop and implement HR projects. This public organisation is known for its market leading brand along with valuing its employees and the research that they do.
Your new role
The role will be for an initial period of 2 months. You will be supporting this business with strategic developments, change management, talent management and succession planning. You will be influencing, coaching and mentoring high level employees and working on a reward and development project. You will need to be a strong HR Generalist who can plan and implement projects with great communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed

You will be CIPD level 7 qualified and possess significant operational HR experience. In addition, you will have key strengths in strategy, change management and organisational design with excellent relationship building qualities. You will need to be an expert when it comes to employee relations, legislation and change management.
