Senior Pensions & Benefits Consultant

A Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf, is currently looking for a Senior Pensions and Benefits Consultant to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the EMEA Head of, the Pensions and Benefits professional will be responsible for Pensions and Benefits across the EMEA region, with a key focus on Pensions. Key responsibilities:

Analyse current benefits compared to market trends and legislative/regulatory requirements

Ensure all plans are compliant with legislated requirements

Undertake reviews of benefit competitiveness and recommend changes to policies, practices and benefit design as appropriate

Responsible for direct interaction with governing committees and management

Provide Pension secretarial and pensions management support to pension plan trustee boards

Vendor management

Key requirements:

Strong knowledge of UK Pensions

Experience supporting a Trustee board

Understanding of benefits would be advantageous but the organisation is willing to look at someone with pure UK Pensions experience who would like to broaden their knowledge

Ability to communicate at all levels

Collaborative in nature
