Language Speaking Global Resourcing Administrator - Analyst

I have four new vacancies for language speakers (ideally French, Italian, Dutch, German, Spanish, Arabic or Mandarin, but other European languages will be considered), operating in the oil and gas space, at experience levels from Graduate entry level, to circa 3 years internal experience with competitive pay.

Purpose of the role is to provide support to international and home national resourcing activities, however responsibilities will vary depending on your level of experience.

Some examples of responsibilities include:

• Full candidate management and communication with all applicants throughout the selection process
• Active & passive sourcing of candidates, conduct screening in line with job requirements and global competency model. Collect all required documents (e.g. passport etc). Present sourced and screened candidates to Senior Advisor/Team Leader for formal submission to requesting function
• Carry out attitudinal interviews of selected candidates (telephone/VC) as advised by Team Leader

You will be working alongside a diverse, hardworking and extremely kind and supportive team in offices based in Victoria. The team are looking for one last person to support them through a period of sustained growth. The right candidate must speak one of the above languages, and be passionate about the oil and gas industry. You will also have existing recruitment experience, or be keen to learn and upskill quickly
