Our client a leading manufacturing organisation are looking for a experienced HR Advisor to join their HR function based in Burton. You will be responsible for supporting line managers across a variety of business areas. Working within a supportive team you will have overall responsibility for delivering several key people projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor who is keen to progress into a junior business partnering position.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Support across a wide range of people projects including but not limited to, talent, engagement and recruitment.
- Supporting a field-based group of stakeholders, offering advice, coaching and support
- Assist with a performance management review process
- Analyse management information
- Advising on any process improvements to be made within the team
- Support with any change management
Key candidate:
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor role
- Previous experience managing regional stakeholders
- Excellent Excel skills
- Have a commercially minded and innovative approach
