HR Administration Team Lead - Birmingham

£25,000 - £30,000

Our client a large financial services organisation, are looking for a HR Administration Team leader to manager their employee lifecycle team. You will be responsible for a team of 9 administrators and oversee the completion of administration for a large workforce within a shared service centre.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team of 9 administrators ensuring they are managing their workload effectively
  • Ensure the correct process for employee lifecycle administration is being followed
  • Manage the relationship of the team with other internal stakeholders
  • Support with a HR System transformation
  • Act as a fresh pair of eyes to detect any process improvements
  • Deal with any complex employee queries
  • Completing weekly and monthly reports

The ideal candidate will have experience managing an operational HR team within a large organisation. You will be confident at working under pressure to tight deadlines and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
