HR Manager, Professional Services, City of London, Permanent. Salary £70,000 to £80,000 plus exceptional benefits.
A medium sized professional services firm with a strong heritage is looking for to hire a HR Manager to lead the HR team and the HR service for the organisation. As HR Manager you will be supported by a small team and will proactively advise on HR policy, best practice and take the initiative to implement the business's strategy. Pensions plays a very important part in this role and as HR Manager your role will be key in providing support to the Pensions Scheme Trustee's and the scheme members. Experience of having dealt with complex pensions schemes is a bonus.
AS HR manager you will oversee ER, Recruitment, L&D and will play an important part in advising the board on compensation and benefits. Working within the global headquarters this role will give you a chance to put your mark onto HR initiatives and see them evolve with the business. The successful candidate will come from a professional environment where they will be used to working closely with and influencing senior stakeholders. Prior experience working within a small team or standalone role is important. Reporting directly into the COO and supporting the firm's small group of partners, it is essential that you have had experience working in a partnership organisation.
