Fyte HR are excited to be representing this prestigious market leader to recruit a brand new HR Business Partner role - the role has arisen due to business growth and the successful candidate will lead on embedding the people plan and bring the talent strategy to life.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the business through a period of exciting culture change by creating clear strategy and vision, leading people on this journey and enabling high quality delivery.

Whilst working collaboratively with the wider HR function, COE's and the business your role will entail identifying and delivering initiatives, ensuring a seamless colleague/customer experience. You will work alongside Senior Stakeholders ensuring the strategic people agenda is shaped and consistent.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Building, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders, both in HR and the business to understand current HR priorities and associated risks.
* Engaging with appropriate business and functional stakeholders to make recommendations on specialist interventions. You will also manage relevant relationships, coaching, guiding and advising when required.
* Proactively considering forward planning activities, having a clear view and understanding of wider/external changes that may impact the business, providing advice and guidance as needed, with strong external knowledge to ensure that the business is future proof with a focus on Future of work activity
* Ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions to senior stakeholders, also you will be guiding and advising the Senior Leadership population on people related matters and technical HR related activity.

The suitable candidate will ideally be of degree calibre and will have a proven track record creating strong trusted relationships in order to gain support and reach strategic business goals. Solid knowledge of HR policies and practices and understand their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidance is also important. You will have strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail. A background working in a consumer focused business would be an advantage.
