A management consultancy based in London is looking for a Graduate Recruiter to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this include:

  • Preparing all graduate marketing materials in accordance with the firm's brand

  • Running an annual advertising programme

  • Maintain the graduate candidate management system, ensuring candidate data is kept up to date

  • Screening of applications

  • Co-ordinating the assessment process

  • Booking and attending careers fairs

  • Interview candidates and making offers through to

This person will:

  • Have 1-2 years end to end graduate recruitment experience

  • Have a good understanding of relevant HR policies and procedures

  • Have experience using social media platforms for recruitment

  • Have excellent organisational skills

  • Fluent French, German, Italian or Dutch is highly desirable
