Our client is a looking for a HR Business Partner to join the Bristol arm of their business on a Permanent basis.

Client Details

Our client is a market leader within the FMCG space and boast an enviable reputation amongst their competitors. They have multiple sites nationally, this role being responsible for their Bristol site.

Description

The role of the HR Business Partner will include but will not be limited to:

  • Manage UK wide Recruitment for all divisions of the brand focusing towards attracting, retaining and developing talent, reviewing methods and advising, coaching and upskilling managers
  • Manage career development and succession planning
  • Provide advice and assistance to managers on all Employee Relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, redundancies, absences, sickness, maternity, paternity and adoptive system
  • Identify design and coorindate training and development programmes
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process in full
  • Continuous improvement
  • Working with and updating the HRIS
  • Ownership of HR Administration (sickness, holiday etc.)
  • Payroll administration
  • Supporting in delivery of the overall HR Strategy

Profile

The chosen HR Business Partner based in Bristol will display the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous exposure to a varied generalist position
  • Ideally exposure to working in a standalone position
  • Strong focus towards Recruitment/Talent
  • Ideally CIPD level 5 Qualified
  • Commercial approach to HR
  • Good HRIS exposure
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
