I am working with a great hospitality company based in Reading who are looking for a permanent eLearning Designer on a part time basis.They are looking for someone to work 2.5/3 days per week remotely. You will need to come into the office based in Reading once a month. They need an experienced eLearning Designer who has knowledge of eLearning platforms, knowledge of managing a database and knowledge of SCORM, HTML, xAPI.Through partnering with the wider company (key stakeholders and subject matter experts), you will need to be able to identify and design relevant and engaging eLearning interventions to support business initiatives to develop the knowledge and skills required to not only provide an exceptional service but to help them progress and develop within their careers.The right candidate needs to have experience in the following:Experience of designing training materialsExperience of working through the whole training cycle and developing delivering projects at all stages of the cycleHave excellent planning and organising skills and great attention to detailGet in touch if this sounds of interest to you, they need someone to start ASAP.
