Role: Global Talent Planning Manager Industry: Media Location: West End Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 My client is a global media business who are going through rapid expansion and with this, are growing their global talent team. Working closely with the Global Talent Planning Director, you will lead on bringing in new innovative strategies to help build and develop the way they look at talent across the business. You will be experienced in a talent planning position and have a proven track record of building new initiatives and processes. This role is all about ensuring they are identifying the right people for their critical senior roles, taking more of a focus on succession planning, talent mapping and pipeline talent more effectively. This role will also have a big focus around data and number crunching, so you MUST have experience and an interest in this aspect. Review and analyse all talent planning data to produce accurate talent insights in good time for all relevant business meetings and Talent Council meetingsInfluence the benefits, to understand local needs, and thereby ensure consistency of use of their global frameworks and processes for key succession and talent planning.Ensure any talent gaps are supplemented with external mapping and benchmarking of potential candidatesWork closely with the Global Talent & Career Managers to review, develop and evolve talent planning requirements and capabilities on Workday You must have worked in a large global matrix organisation and have strong experience of influencing whilst being the "go-to" expert.
