Talent & Development Advisor - Legal
A leading International law firm based in The City are recruiting for a Talent & Development Advisor to join their team. As Talent & Development Advisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Managing and planning training courses, liaising with internal staff e.g. working with Professional Support Lawyers to plan and co-ordinate legal training sessions for above groups.Planning and arranging off-site development events, liaising with the Talent Development Business Partner and other staff e.g. international colleagues, as required.Managing the relationship with (and giving feedback to) external providers.Managing selected firm-wide rollouts of mandatory training (e.g. compliance, diversity).Establishing legal training needs through liaison with a targeted subset of Partners, PSL's and managersEstablishing Business Services training needs through liaison with a targeted subset of Heads of Department and ManagersDelivery of fortnightly induction sessionsDelivery of some soft skills trainingDelivery of some teambuilding eventsAnnual project work as requiredManagement of firm-wide mentoring and coaching programmesUse of psychometric tests and personality instruments, including individual feedbackGuiding staff on personal development planningMonitoring budgetsTraining evaluation and reportingAs the Talent Development Advisor, you will possess:Graduate and CIPD qualifications preferredProven experience in a specialist learning & development role, ideally within Professional ServicesTraining needs analysis experienceCourse design and evaluation experienceGood presentation and delivery skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsIf this Talent & Development Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly.
